We are standing now at the beginning of a new era which will impact humanity more perhaps than even the internet. It looks inevitable that A.I will live up to its promise and change profoundly the quantity and quality of our work. 

Collecting and analyzing data, creating written and visual content, optimizing budgets and allocating resources. These have long been the domain of talented and motivated individuals and it is fair to say that most of this work is destined to evaporate and it will be done more effectively by AI.

What then, will be the human endeavor and how do we fit in? We believe that it will be working with each other in meaningful partnerships to achieve goals and co-create. The experience of true listening, being present and generating a flow of ideas is one of the most exciting ways to achieve a living. The boring part(for the consultant) is waiting for things to finish, databases to be built, content to be written and campaigns to be created and then finally after months of work getting to see how it worked out and what should be changed. It’s still incredibly interesting, challenging and motivating work. 

But now there’s a flaming A.I. chariot descending from the sky promising to make all that go away and supercharge the creative effort. To this we have only one thing to say – please, take our money because we’re in!

So we are betting that there will be an AI revolution but there will also be a more humane revolution because the one thing the machine won’t be able to do is to say “that’s actually a great idea, let’s build on that” and mean it from the bottom of the heart. Why would we create a world where humans are isolated and depressed when we can utilize the technology to create a world where we work together in a way that has profound meaning and joy at a completely unprecedented level of effectiveness. 

We enter now the era of creativity where human minds can join together and change things with speed and impact that is almost impossible to fathom. It is our vision to build a company that thrives on Compassion, Presence and Creativity.

Compassion – Without compassion, what chance has life to become truly great and grow? Loving attention which is the equivalent of compassion is the one thing children, adults, animals and plants need to thrive.

Presence – Presence is that art of walking between a past that cannot be changed and a future that cannot be known. It is only in this state that the true, deeper intelligence of life becomes a reality and we can truly work in a way that is intelligent and beneficial to the whole.

Creativity – Creativity is that amazing ability to bring vision into being. When we honor the principles of compassion and presence, it flows freely into whatever we do and enriches it so that it truly lasts.
